Buy Lamb
We aim to supply a whole lamb weighing at least 20kg. However, due to seasonal variation, your lamb may sometimes be smaller—or larger. The weight is based on the hot carcass weight assigned at processing.
If your lamb is under 20kg, we’ll top it up with delicious extras like our 100% lamb sausages, kofta, mince or rissoles. If it’s over 20kg, you get even better value—we never charge more or remove meat. Where possible, we allocate heavier lambs to returning customers and larger households.

Buy Beef
Our Black Angus beef is available as a quarter, half, or full body, priced per kilogram to reflect natural size variations and ensure great value.
Prices start at just $19.49/kg for a full beast (200–250kg), $19.99/kg for a half (100–125kg), and $20.99/kg for a quarter (50–75kg). These rates include premium cuts like T-bone, scotch fillet, and rump steaks.
A deposit secures your order, with final pricing based on the hot carcass weight assigned after processing. Full payment is required before your order is prepared.
