How it Works
We aim to supply, on average, a minimum of 20kg whole lamb. Due to seasonal conditions the lamb we provide may be smaller, and in some cases, significantly larger than 20kg. The weight of your lamb is calculated on the hot carcass weight from the processor.
In instances where your lamb is smaller than 20kg, don’t worry you won’t miss out! We will always make up the extra weight with some of our optional extras such as our gourmet 100% Lamb sausages, Lamb Kofta, Lamb Mince or Lamb Rissoles.
In instances where your lamb is larger than 20kg we will never charge you extra or take meat away from you. You will get the full amount from the processed carcass allocated to you. You will just be in for a few more feasts than you would with your average lamb.
Once you have selected your cuts your lamb is processed, cryo vacuum sealed, labelled & ready for delivery, directly to your door, fresh not frozen.
Delivery Information
Enjoy the convenience of delivery directly from our farm to your door. Coming up to your delivery date you will receive an SMS confirming delivery date and an estimated time window, so it is important to include your mobile number when filling in your order. It is important that you be at your nominated location to accept delivery as we cannot accept any liability for packaged meat left at your premises, nor will that fulfill our freshness guarantee.

We have learnt the importance of minimising our animals stress not just during their life on our farm but also in the weeks leading up to processing. A major factor in our meat quality is their nutrition throughout their life and stress minimisation during their transport, this is one of the reasons we stand behind our quality meats.
We are directly responsible not only for raising our stock but their transport, live for processing, refrigerated for further processing and packaging then finally the delivery fresh directly to your door which is why we can confidently claim out meats will arrive to you in the freshest way possible.
If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with the meat quality after cooking your first meal, we ask that you contact us immediately with the reasons why and our family will personally liaise with you to ensure any issues are rectified. Our number one goal is to have our customers turn into repeat customers.
Refunds and Returns
At M.G.F Meats we directly oversee ALL aspects of our business. We are human and sometimes do make mistakes. If we have made a mistake, we believe the best way to find a solution is to have a good old-fashioned chat.
We do not refund if you have changed your mind for any reason after your order has been placed.
