Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by MGF Meats Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “our”, “our family”, “we” and “us” refer to MGF Meats Pty Ltd, employees and sub contractors. We provide this website including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms conditions, policies and notices stated below.
The material provided on this site is for general information only. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension or delay in service or discontinuation of this service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.
The ‘purchaser’ is responsible to either accept delivery or make arrangements for the safe storage of the order, to ensure it is kept within a safe temperature.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong product, or store the product incorrectly.
Being meat, our products are obviously perishable, it is essential to refrigerate immediately upon receipt of your delivery.

It is important to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Any issues reported after this time may not result in a refund or return being accepted.
Refunds, replacements, or returns are at our sole discretion. If a return is approved, all products (not including the first meal you consumed), must be returned sealed in their original packaging at the consumers expense via approved refrigerated transport for further investigation.

MGF Meats deliver’s monthly across Australia from, Brisbane to Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and even Darwin as well as reional areas attached to all of those major cities including but not limited to:
- Gold Coast

- Port Macquarie

Enjoy the convenience of delivery directly from our farm to your door.
Coming up to your delivery date you will receive an email confirming your delivery date. By 8.30pm the day prior to delivery you will be allocated a two-hour ESTIMATED time window, which will be sent via SMS, so it is important to include your mobile number when filling out your order. This SMS will include live tracking of your order so you can follow along and see when your order is coming. We ask that you be at your nominated location to accept delivery as we cannot accept any liability for packaged meat left at your premises nor will that fulfil our freshness guarantee.
All meat is cryo vacuum sealed, labelled, and stored in a fully recyclable cardboard box with a fully tracked cold supply chain from us to you. The meat is transported via our very own refrigerated transport and in some circumstances via our partner courier then handed over to you at your door.
If you are not home to accept delivery, we will not be liable for damage to our goods. If our goods are damaged because they were left outside or if the box is damaged or stolen after delivery. The entire risk in the goods passes to you when the Products are delivered to your address.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us prior to your delivery date. We are not obliged to re-direct your order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date of delivery of your meat and will make every reasonable effort to deliver to you on this date and time window. As with any delivery there are many aspects out of our control that may result in your delivery being delivered outside your allocated date and or time window. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Unlike our competitors, we do not charge you for delivery in NSW, ACT, Southeast QLD and Melbourne. We charge a small delivery fee for orders outsdie of these locations. Please refer to our “shipping’ terms and conditions prior to ordering.

Check your postcode is within our delivery network »
Some postcodes within our delivery network, especially within regional areas, cover a very expansive area. We provide a list of suburbs which we deliver to within those postcodes which must be checked prior to ordering. If you do not wish to check this list yourself, Contact us and we can check your suburb for you.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where delivery is required and falls too far outside of our delivery network.
Where we do not deliver to your postcode, our system will alert you and will not process your order. This is not the case for individual suburbs. Contact us and we can discuss your needs and whether we may be able to service your area in an upcoming delivery. We are always open to new clients and will do our best to get our farm fresh meat to your door.
Payments
Any transactions or purchases online can be made via direct deposit, Visa Card, Master Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed via our payment partner STRIPE.
We reserve the right to vary accepted payment methods at any time and without notice to you. M.G.F Meats Pty Ltd does not store card information on our server and all payments are processed via a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
All payments must be received by M.G.F Meats Pty Ltd before your order can be processed and delivered. When paying by card, if you have insufficient funds in your account or the card declines – the order will not be processed. For direct transfers, your order will only be delivered once the transfer has been cleared into our account.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We have learnt the importance of minimising our animals’ stress not just during their life on our farm but also in the weeks leading up to processing. A major factor in our meat quality is the stress minimisation during their transport. This is one of the reasons we stand behind our quality meats.
We are directly responsible not only for raising our stock but their transport, live for processing, refrigerated for further processing, packaging then finally the delivery, direct to your door is also completed by us or our refrigerated delivery partner. This is why we can confidently claim our meats will arrive to you in the freshest way possible.
