Black Angus Beef
Our Black Angus beef is available as:
- Quarter body (50–75kg) – $ 20.99/kg
- Half body (100–125kg) – $19.99/kg
- Full body (200–250kg) – $19.49/kg
These prices include a full range of premium cuts like T-bone, scotch fillet, and rump steak, custom-cut to your preferences.
Whole Lamb Packs
We aim to supply a whole lamb with an average minimum of 23kg. However, due to seasonal conditions, the weight may vary.
- If your lamb is under 23kg, we’ll make up the difference with delicious extras like our gourmet lamb sausages, kofta, mince, or rissoles, at no extra cost.
- If your lamb is over 23kg, you keep the full amount. We don’t charge more or remove meat. When possible, we allocate heavier lambs to loyal customers and larger households.
Each lamb is custom-cut to your specifications vacuum-sealed, labelled and delivered fresh, not frozen, straight to your door for your convenience

Paddock to Plate Butchers Northern Rivers

In Mudgee, we raise free-range, grass-fed sheep and cattle on open pastures, with a strong focus on traditional values and land care. Our Byron Bay farm produces premium beef using low-impact, hands-on practices that respect both the animals and the environment.
