About Us
We are a family that reside within the Northern Rivers Region of NSW. We own and operate a small farm nestled in the hills just outside of Mudgee, NSW.
Together with my wife Simone and our three boys, Morris, George and Frank, we carefully select and breed our animals in a free range and stress free environment. Together as a family we oversee every aspect of raising our stock from our farm to your plate.
Sick of seeing our animals exported to overseas countries and continually riding the roller coaster of fluctuating market prices, we set about creating a socially conscious way of supplying amazing quality meat to the public direct from our farm.
We have learnt the importance of minimising our animals’ stress not just during their life on our farm but also in the weeks leading up to processing. A major factor in our meat quality is the stress minimisation during their transport, this is one of the reasons we stand behind our quality meats.
