Sold as a full piece, each shank generally weighs 2kg or more and is freshly prepared, cryo vacuum sealed straight off the butcher’s block for maximum freshness and flavour, then delivered directly to your door for your convenience.

Choice Cuts Pricing

Our choice cuts are individually priced and do not qualify for the same bulk rates available on whole, half, or quarter bodies of beef. As with your local butcher, premium cuts are priced higher than everyday favourites such as mince and sausages. This is because they represent only the most sought-after portions of the animal.

As with our bulk orders your beef will be processed to order to suit your specifications, cryo-vacuum sealed and labelled its then delivered fresh—not frozen—directly to your door for your convenience.

Delivery Information

Enjoy the convenience of delivery directly from our farm to your door. Coming up to your delivery date you will receive an SMS confirming delivery date and an estimated time window, so it is important to include your mobile number when filling in your order. It is important that you be at your nominated location to accept delivery as we cannot accept any liability for packaged meat left at your premises nor will that fulfill our freshness guarantee.
